Recent transactions include financing of serviced apartments in the “Golden Postcode” area of London and mezzanine finance for the development of a garden centre in Cambridgeshire; and financing the acquisition of a medical building.
We also have experience in advising on the structuring of funds, allowing participation interests in transactions that can be funded by BLME’s investor base. This enables BLME to provide innovative financing solutions on a significantly larger scale than would be achievable on our own.
